Effort to bring first Bill of Rights monument to Arizona

April 11, 2012

Chris Bliss is best known as a stand-up comedian and juggler, but he’s recently put his efforts into a new project. Bliss explains how a joke about a Bill of Rights monument may become a reality.

Bliss says the idea stemmed from stand-up material. He joked that the Ten Commandments should remain in place with a Bill of Rights monument next to it so that people could comparison shop. Bliss hopes to make Arizona the first state to actually build a monument, and spread the idea to all 50 states.
