Gov. Doug Ducey has made early use of his veto pen. On Friday, he vetoed a bill that would have conformed Arizona’s tax code with the federal one, calling it irresponsible.

That came a day after he signed the state’s Drought Contingency Plan. So, what’s next for both of those issues?
