Tokyo Prepares For Cyberattacks During 2020 Olympics

Even though the Olympics are still few years out, in Tokyo — where the 2020 games will be held — preparations are already underway to prepare for the games. And that doesn’t just mean building stadiums, it also means creating a cybersecurity wall.

According to our guest, that’s because the Olympics are a target-rich environment for cyberattackers.

The Show spoke with Cynthia Dion-Schwarz, a senior scientist at the RAND Corporation. She started by explaining how the Tokyo Games are shaping up to be one of the most digitally advanced we’ve ever seen.
