Is Arizona's Wettest October In History Helping The Drought?

Saturday’s rainfall helped make this one of the wettest Octobers on record according to the National Weather Service.

The next rainiest October on record was in 1972.  

To address what this means for the region, Charlie Ester, a hydrologist with Salt River Project, came on The Show.
