Senators are in the process of looking over the FBI’s report on the allegations against U.S. Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

A key vote has been scheduled for Friday by Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.

Kavanaugh came out swinging last week following the testimony of one of his accusers — Dr. Christine Blasey Ford — and that has hundreds of law professors from across the country concerned.

Those professors signed a letter expressing their alarm at how Kavanaugh behaved.

One of those professors was Paul Bender of ASU’s O’Connor College of Law.
