Has The Word 'Resistance' Become Overused?

The term "resistance" has been used for centuries, but has been renewed as a powerful rhetorical device for opponents of the Trump administration.
To some, it applies as a useful catch-all phrase against the president and his congressional supporters. For others, though, it’s an ambiguous word that — the more it’s used — the more its power is diluted.
William Scheuerman is a political science professor at Indiana University and author of the book, "Key Concepts: Civil Disobedience." He joined The Show to talk about it.
