Tempe Councilwoman Kuby: 'Dark-Money' Disclosures Law 'A Stick In The Eye'

On Thursday, Arizona Gov. Ducey signed legislation preventing cities from requiring so-called "dark-money" disclosures. That came on the heels of Tempe voters deciding by a 91-9 percent margin that they wanted exactly that.

And as a charter city, Tempe is constitutionally entitled to enact laws on strictly local matters.

Tempe City Councilwoman Lauren Kuby joined The Show to talk about Gov. Ducey's decision.
