For the first time ever, the Arizona Secretary of State’s Office has overhauled its elections procedures manual.

It’s in response to the rapidly changing world of elections management — and in light of the threat by foreign governments to our state’s elections system.

State Elections Director Eric Spencer  rewrote the manual. He joined The show to talk about why was it important for the office to rewrite the elections manual now.
