The Giffords Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence has sued the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF), over documents the group says the agency has failed to turn over after a Freedom of Information Act request.

We reached out to the federal ATF for comment, but haven’t heard back from anyone at the agency.
