Ducey Plan On University Bonding Possibly Holding Up Budget

One of the issues that could be holding up the budget is a proposal from Gov. Ducey that would allow universities to keep some of the money they’d ordinarily pay in taxes.
The schools would use at least some of that money to leverage bonds.
But according to the Arizona Capitol Times, that idea is not being well received in the Legislature. Hank Stephenson was one of the reporters on this story, and he joins me.
