A group of Arizona non-profits that work on election issues has formed a commission, to offer recommendations of ways to make state elections run more smoothly.

Samantha Pstross is the executive director of Arizona Advocacy Network. She said the March presidential preference election was a wake-up call.

“This is unacceptable. We cannot keep people from voting,” Pstross said. “Everyone should have reasonable access to vote and when that is denied, it is an infringement on our American liberty.”
