It’s been two years since news broke on allegations of secret waiting lists and extreme delays in care at the Phoenix Veterans Affairs medical center.

The news launched outrage across the country. Since then, new legislation and some staffing changes have taken place agency wide. But have conditions actually changed at the Phoenix VA? KJZZ’s Carrie Jung took a closer look.
