ASU Professor Robert Clinton Provides Insight On Casino Fight

This week, the U.S. Senate Indian Affairs Committee approved a bill aimed to stop construction of the Tohono O’odham casino in the West Valley.

This follows a series of legal decisions that have generally favored the tribe in this dispute.
