The Show regularly checks in with Editorial Board of the Arizona Republic to talk about the big issues facing the state and the region — featured in the newspaper’s Viewpoints section.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, more commonly known as the Mormon Church, has been significantly involved in politics for generations, and in the age of Donald Trump, some of the church’s leaders have been more outspoken about the need for civil discussion and finding common ground.

"Compromise" has become the key word.

Phil Boas, editorial director of the Arizona Republic, joined The Show for his weekly appearance to talk about it.
