If you have driven on Grand Avenue through the West Valley recently, you probably understand why planners are working on ideas to improve the roadway. A group of West Valley cities and other entities formed a group to look into changes around the corridor from Loop 303 in Surprise to Aletta Street between McDowell and Interstate-10 in Phoenix.
